It is dense and impervious providing the ideal finish for applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Heavy Duty polyurethane hybrid flooring system Ucrete UD200 is a single layer, seamless, solvent free, polyurethane flooring system. Its textured matt finish possesses excellent chemical resistance, withstands abrasive wear; has high impact resistance and withstands direct steam contact. ACCREDITATION Ucrete UD200 has approval for use as flooring for HACCP accredited facilities.

Polyurethane Based, Single Component, Protective Top Coat MasterSeal® TC 259 is a single component, containing, moisture cured, UV resistant, polyurethane based top coating.

UV and weather resistant top coat MasterSeal TC 258 is a low solvent, pigmented, single component, moisture curing, UV and weather resistant, protective top coat. It is based on high quality aliphatic polyurethane prepolymers. Unlike conventional moisture curing polyurethane coatings, MasterSeal TC 258 can be applied at high thicknesses without foaming. MasterSeal TC 258 is fire retardant.

Water dispersed epoxy resin coating MasterTop 1705 is durable coloured coating based on an advanced water-dispersed, two-part epoxy resin. It has been specially formulated to provide a durable coating system. MasterTop 1705 is suitable for contact with water intended for human consumption. It complies with SS375:1994 and is an approved material by Public Utilities Board of Singapore.

Water based, self smoothing epoxy-cemetitious floor topping. MasterTop 542 ECC is a three-component self- smoothing floor topping based on epoxy-cementitious system, which on mixing yields a breathable, high performance floor topping. The finished topping exhibits temporary moisture barrier. MasterTop 542 ECC is formulated for underlay application as temporary moisture barrier for resin based floor finishes.

BASF MasterEmaco 2525 Formerly known as Concresive 2525 is solvent free epoxy binder, structural adhesive and general purpose primer. MasterEmaco 2525 is a solvent free, high performance, versatile epoxy binder that can be used to produce a range of epoxy resin based mortars or as a primer for both flooring and waterproofing products. MasterEmaco 2525 can be applied to both dry and damp surfaces and adheres to most substrates after proper preparation.
